Recently, the custom-built 1300 t/h bucket elevator for a major sand and gravel plant’s production line upgrade project was successfully loaded and shipped. Despite scorching temperatures reaching 38°C on the day, our production, quality inspection, and logistics teams meticulously executed the full pre-shipment inspection process to the highest standards, ensuring the equipment was delivered in optimal condition. As a long-term partner of Hebi General, this sand and gravel plant has repeatedly chosen our equipment, a testament to their high recognition of our product stability and durability.
Quality Forged in Detail: Optimized Design for Sand & Gravel Applications.
The bucket elevator shipped this time features in-depth optimizations tailored to the characteristics of the sand and gravel industry, from structural design to material selection.
Four-Sided Rib-Pressed Reinforced Casing: The casing utilizes a four-sided rib-pressing process, ensuring long-term resistance against material impact during operation.
Verticality Inspection: The middle section casing underwent rigorous verticality calibration, with deviations strictly controlled within standard limits to eliminate operational sway.
Stainless Steel Bucket Anti-Corrosion Solution: Addressing the damp and corrosive nature of sand and gravel, the buckets are made of stainless steel. A central stainless steel reinforcement skeleton is added, extending service life, enhancing load-bearing strength, and preventing material adhesion. Key operational data, including temperature rise in the drive section, was tested and confirmed compliant before the bucket elevator was cleared for shipment.
For this sand and gravel production line upgrade, the bucket elevator was procured for conveying aggregate. From design communication to production and delivery, our technical team adjusted the solution based on the customer’s specific site conditions, ensuring seamless integration with their production line.
Quality Uncompromised by Heat, Service Unfailing in Demand.
Moving forward, we remain committed to our goal of “Zero-Defect Shipments.” We will continue to leverage robust craftsmanship and responsive service to create long-term value for every customer.
