BELT CONVEYOR DESCRIPTION

The belt conveyor is a type of machinery that transports materials in a continuous manner via friction-driven motion. It can form a material handling process on a specific transport route, from the initial feeding point to the final discharge point. It is capable of handling both bulk materials and individual unit items.

In addition to purely transporting materials, it can be integrated into the industrial processes of various enterprises to establish a rhythmic flow operation line. Widely used in industries such as power generation, mining, metallurgy, coal, chemical, ports, and terminals, it handles materials with bulk densities ranging from 0.5 to 2.5 t/m³, including both loose bulk materials and unitized goods.

BELT CONVEYOR FEATURES

1. It can ransport many kinds of materials. All kinds of bulk materials, light weight products such as: cartons and packaging bags.

2. Optional moving selection of belt velocity (0.8m/s~4.5m/s). Work stably with less belt deviation and materials spillage.

3. Conveying stably, no relative movement between the material and the conveyor belt, to prevent damage to the conveying material.

4. Compared with other conveyors, it has less noise and is suitable for occasions where the working environment is relatively quiet.
